I got a gig for a big surprize B-day party, for which I am cooking up what's in the title. The headcount is 100, so this is a fairly sizeable cook. I got both the Klose and one of the Weber/Smoke EZ's fired up. Butts and some of the briskets are in the Klose, and later will receive the turkeys. The Weber has the remainder of the briskies.
