  • Lil Sunday afternoon surf & turf on the kettle.

    Put together a pan of beans with peach chunks and got them going on the kettle with some cherry. Rubbed up a nice piece of salmon and got that going indirect on a piece of foil. Then dropped a 16 oz. rib steak with some home-made montreal directly over the coals for a little sizzling action. Plated with some home-grown cherry tomatoes with herbs, oil, and vinegar.

              Pretty much Dutch's Wicked beans, but instead of pineapple use peaches. Like the flavor.
