  • My first build

    I just finished this on Saturday morning and did my first smoke on Saturday afternoon. I need to do some more work to it, but it worked great!

                    Yes, 2 inches on rock wool all the way around. I didn't even use one bag of lump charcoal in the 14 hours it was going.

                      Ya, I do tag my photo's on the web. I was at home brew conference last summer where a speaker just took photo's off the web and was brash enough to say he didn't care if they were yours. Some people.
