    Dug up some pics of an antelope roast to help the wild game forum get a bit more under its belt. I usually use tenderquick and mix it at about half what the bag says, inject it just before smoking. It is not really cured, but it gives it kinda a mild ham flavor. Rubbed and then bacon rapped. Its good:D

    Fireguy, I've never had antelope, but that looks good and if someone sat that down in front of me, well, I'd have to try it :)
