  • Scallops with turkey bacon.

    Doc says I am FAT (wonder why bbq maybe).
    So I was messing with some low sodium meats. So this is what I tried.

    Scallops, low sodium turkey bacon, black pepper, fake butter spray, and of course no salt.

    They came out pretty damn tasty.
    The four seasons

    salt
    pepper
    mustard
    vinegar

    Chargriller Pro w. sfb
    Orion Cook
    Big Easy
    Eastman Turkey Fryer
    2- refrigerator smoker in progress
    1- RF trailer build in progress

          looks excellent

          Can't see any reason why you can't make your own turkey/chicken/venison bacon.

          Lots of threads for venison bacon - as long as you don't add lots of fat - venison is probably better for you than chicken or turkey :-)

              The turkey bacon is some pretty good stuff...as long as you dont compare it to real bacon...Takes some getting used too...
