    Hello!

    For my birthday this year I decided that I would like something different then cake. What I decided on what 2 cobblers. 1 of them peach the other is a raspberry / blackberry.

    The recipe came from the site linked below. I made the peach cobbler following this and I made the berry one the same except for the filling i did

    4 cups fresh berries
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/4 cup water
    Lemon zest

    Combine in a bowl and let rest until they are awesome!

    I use the Dinwiddie Ring Method to control the heat. Here is a good link that describes it.

    And... Here is the finished product. I only got pictures of the peach one because they smelled so good I got distracted.

      Great looking cobbler! Peach is my favorite. Add a little vanilla ice cream. Mmmm oh and to the site!
