  • Bad Weather

Last night we had some bad storms pass through my area. I was down the road at the neighbors having a few cold ones when all hell broke loose. Hail beat the piss out of my 09 Tacoma, but I'm lucky.

Mena Arkansas, a town of roughly 6000 was hit with a minimum estimated F3 tornado yesterday evening. As of this evening there are at least 100 homes completely destroyed, 600 damaged, and three fatalities. After seeing the damage it's a miracle that the loss of life wasn't more than that.

If you have a minute or two to spare, say a prayer for the families of those lost. And one for the folks that that survived to deal with the aftermath also, thanx.

Got pretty tense here too. I hate them things. Way too many people loose life and property with 0 warning sometimes. If we listen real close, we can hear the siren in town, when the mayor get his dead ass up and turns it on.
Yeah, you read that right. Fordland, Missouri is so backward, the mayor has to sound the siren. Tell me that ain't scary.
                Prayers always for storm victims.
