I fried two 5" corn tortillas, warmed up some of the tenderloin and beans. Tortilla went first topped with beans, cheese, the smoked tenderloin, lettuce, tomato and a little avocado slice. I fixed enough for 2 for myself, but I could only manage to eat one. The tenderloin was still moist and very tender. It was a simple dinner but very flavorful!!
