Some of ya know Extreme Roasters/Troy...and if ya don't he's pretty good. Done the Jack and the Royal, and even survived... 
Anyway..he tossed this gem out today on the Great Lakes BBQ site... THIS sounds like FUN!

Friday night @7:00 Silverlake
$10-20 side bet pool with “WINNER TAKE ALL”
Anything Goes: smoked, fried, boiled, braised, stewed, roasted, breaded, etc...etc...etc..
Entrants will receive: ½ pan, ballot box, voting token. Box and voting token
are numbered alike.
Wings go in half pan, no garnish or accompaniments, no sauce on the side, no blue- cheese, etc . WINGS ONLY
At 7:00 we meet at a central camp, place the wings on a table with the ballot box, keeping the voting token
Contest is to be self judged: After sampling all the entries, place your voting token in the ballot box that you determine to be the best, using whatever criteria you want.===YOU MAY NOT VOTE FOR YOURSELF ===if your token is in your box, you are DQ'ed
In the event of a tie there will be a re-vote with the persons involved in the tie abstaining. After a recount if there is still a tie the money will be split."
