By far this is ground breaking.. I seen last night that we are having a cool front move through Dallas today.. And Ooooo baby it is nice.. High I think will be like 93° and low in the morning around 61-63°
I hope this heat wave that we have had for over two moths straight is over..
So I made some banana bread for the morning coffee.. Not sure if you guys made it this way so I thought I would share..
Only took a final pic for my recipe software..
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter or Margarine
2 Eggs (unbeaten)
1 Cup Ripe Bananas (about 3 mashed)
1/8 Cup Maple Syrup
1/8 Cup Milk
2 Cup Flour
1 TBS Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp Salt
Cream sugar with butter. Add and mix the next 3 ingred. Sift and add the dry ingredients. and mix thoroughly. Put mixture in 6x10 or 5x9 greased loaf pan. Bake 40-45 min. in 350 oven.
