I don't know if ya'll have a Costco store near you (Warehouse shopping like Sam's) but I went in the other day for a few things and thought I'd pick up some Kingsford Comp. (only place I can find it) since last spring I've been paying $18.00 for (2) 18lb bags. It's the only way they sell it, low and behold I can't find it so I ask someone where they put it and he said "the back corner of the store" so I go to the back and find it. The sign say's $6.00 for (2) 18lb bags 
not believing what I'm seeing I find someone else and ask if indeed that was the price...YES 
.166666 cents a pound... I was paying .48 cents a pound. I bought 15 (2 bags per) for $ 90.00 saving $ 180.00
