This is based on a Ball jelly recipe. I used mostly Red & Yellow peppers instead of Jalapenos & one Cayenne. (90/10+- ratio)
- Puree 12 oz. peppers with 1 cup cider vinegar until consistancy you desire
- Do not strain
- Combine puree with 1 cup cider vinegar & 6 cups sugar
- Bring mixture to a boil over high heat & boil 10 minutes stirring frequently
- Add 6 oz. Ball RealFruit Liquid Pection
- Return to hard a hard boil stirring constantly for 1 minute
- Ladle into hot prepared 1/2 pint jars
- Process jars for 10 minutes, adjusting for altitude
