  • Our latest Reverse Flow build

Been doing a lot of patio builds, but we just finished this build yesterday. Customer is building up a competition trailer, so we built this and mounted it to his trailer. Smoker has a 24 inch diameter by 60 inch long cook chamber, warm / cook box, and insulated firebox. With builds like this one it's hard to not take it home and break it in for them!

I didn't know you had my new cooker finished already. I'll stay home tomorrow if you're dropping it off. Nice work!

That is fine looking smoker to say the least! I really debated on a reverse flow but in the end I went with the conventional design with tuning plates. Mostly because it was local and available.
But I'm not disappopinted either. A good quality smoker regardless of design is always a pleaseure to smoke on! It dosen't necessarily make you a better pitmaster but it sure makes life easier! And that one sure looks like it's going to make someones life alot easier!
