I have seen this around here for the same price... no way! I think it is made by Royal Oak, if I am not mistaken... why pay that ridiculous price?

Oh come on, it has to be better - it say's "Big Green Egg" on the bag!

I have 2 et-73's one is a Bar B Que Pro, the other is a BBE. The difference...about $25! (it was a gift so STFU).

those cats who own a BGE can afford it.

          those cookers arn't cheap.
Just because you welded some shit together doesnt make it a WSM.

It is distributed here localy at select places, but they are outta western pennsylvania and distribution is probably confined to this region etc..

I gave Phil(hawgheaven) a bag at a comp when we sold him a WSM and as he will tell you it is some sweet stuff...

I think biggest thing besides these higher end brands smell awesome is the fact you tend get money worth as far as quality of lump pieces,,,, i.e.much more usable pieces compared royal oaks etc...on average bag...

I have never tried BGE lump; but if it is the same as Royal Oak, I prefer not to use it. So far I really like Stump's lump... burns much better and the food taste is better in my opinion.

I have a BGE and have used a bag or two of their lump.

It's made by Royal Oak. So, I go to Walmart and buy 10 lb bags for around $6.

It's great lump and the same stuff as the BGE lump but cheaper. They say the BGE lump is bigger than than the Royal Oak lump but I'm not sure if I believe it.

In any event, I know my wallet likes the way things work right now.
