    4.3 lb chuckie i beat the crap outta -cut down in 3 steaks & marinated in balsy,worch,fajita spice,garlic,onion,w/ shrooms & my secret steak spice quick seared over skeet & pecan...wrapped for 15 under 500 broiler then rested..
    mashed & roasted garlic,rosemary,basil taters..
    there was a salad but no room on the plate & what was the point
    also got these jellys in the mail today- for ribby glaze experiments.....




    brink vertical charcoal(the carp)
    18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
    cast iron Hibachi
    22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
    & rotisserator
    12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
    stuffer,slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
    Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....

          i'm going to try a couple as glazes for ribs & make some canadian bacon for eggamuffins w/ gauva jelly.

              nice lookin steak there blues!!! and the taters look awesome as well. i had been thinkin a scoopin some smoked taters out and instead of refilling shells just do in alum pan like you did, for an easier version of twice baked. ya beat me to the punch. love garlic mashed! great looking plate, glad you found a spot for them taters!!!!
