Fired up the Weber with 3/4 basket of lump and tossed on some yukon gold taters rubbed in olive oil and salt. My buddy called and said he had some venison tenderloin marinating so I said bring them over. Grilled some salmon indirect that got some seafood splash and head country rubs and kissed with some alder chips while cooking. The marinated tenderloins got a dusting of bovine bold and some mesquite over direct heat once the fish was done. Man was that a good meal.
