  • Cleaning out the fridge ...

    I needed to clean out the fridge and had a little bit of this and little bit of that. So gave the leftovers a new look. Had a few fried chicken legs, a handful of fetticini, a handful of sliced Italian roast beef, a few wilted tomatoes, half a red and half a green pepper and a bag full of onions ...



    So fried the onions, peppers and tomatoes ..



    chopped up the beef and fetticini and added some basil, salt pepper and rub for heat ...

    Smokers:
    ECB -The Brinkman All-In-One Bullet type Water smoker aka -Baby Bink)Camp Chef Smoke Vault 24 Inch propane smoke (aka -Black Beauty)
    SunJoy horizontal with left side firebox (aka - Lefty Lucy)
    River Grille - Black Ceramic Egg (aka Black Egg)

    Smoke preference:Combination of Charcoal, Hickory, Apple, Cherry & Pecan wood.
