  • 'Fridge Smoker-Smoked Cheese

    Was just going through some OLD (lol) Photobucket files and came across some
    pics of assorted cheeses I cold smoked in the 'Fridge smoker...Thought You might like to take a look-see here...

    Cheese assortment (All on sale!)



    Some Wild Cherry chunks for smoke



    Cheeses on rack in 'fridge smoker ready for cold smoke...



    Internal 'fridge temp while smoking cheeses...



    Lookin' for that "thin blue smoke" here...



    Out of the smoker to stabilize a bit before resting...



    Wrapping to rest in 'fridge (the cold one lol) for two weeks before vacuum
    bagging and sealing...



    That's it for this round of Cold Smoked Cheeses...I'll round up some other Smoked Cheese pics while the Photobucket file is open and get back at another time...
