  • Hey...I smoked some of Fishawns smoked salsa...

    Made a modified batch of Scotts salsa...minus the sugar and the tomato paste...and the food processer...smoked with a little pecan but mostly with mesquite...

    Just a small batch...only about 5# of maters...Maybe my smallest batch ever...Its been a really tough year...


    here we have the maters, peppers, onions, and the limes on the smoker...


    The smoked limes...smells soooooo good...


    And in the pot for boiling...looks like its gonna be a thick batch...

    And finally........my supper....some Boy Scout scrambled eggs with some of Fishawns smoked salsa...
