  • Had to cut the cheese...

    and it felt or I mean tasted good lol. My wife needed some cheese for a pasta salad and I told her to use the stuff I smoked Cheedar and Pep jack it was Awesome. It was only vac packed for about 4 days but it was still great .

        4 days is all you need.

        and yep - home smoked cheese is what all cows hope their milk grows up to become :-)
