  • What temp to pull out of the smoker

    I have been brining some goose boobs in the fridge, put them in the smoker tonight and I am not sure what temp to pull them out, end result is dried goose boobs

    Not sure what temps you are smoking at, but I would wrap in some cheap bacon and smoke till internal temp hits around 180°

        I did a google and there are various temps mostly being around the 220 range. Most say to take to the 180 internel and I also founf one that said to 164 interenl and then 10 to 15 minutes longer after that. Hope that helps.

          Pulled out of the smoker at 180, I put them in the fridge to cool, will slice tommorow.
