I have been brining some goose boobs in the fridge, put them in the smoker tonight and I am not sure what temp to pull them out, end result is dried goose boobs

I did a google and there are various temps mostly being around the 220 range. Most say to take to the 180 internel and I also founf one that said to 164 interenl and then 10 to 15 minutes longer after that. Hope that helps.If You Can Not Stand Behind Our Troops,
