UDS worked AWESOME!!!

I used it over the weekend here the food was AWESOME It held pretty steady at 300 with very few spikes and the Q that came off was mind blowing lol.
My Dad wants me to make him one now He loved the food and he's not really one for smoked meat grilled is fine but smokd eh but he loved it and he liked the fact that it was a set and forget.
The thing is Awesome.
