  • The 2011 Smitty's is in folks!

    I'm having a helluva time getting on the website...might just say hell with it and sell by email/PM.

    It's gonna be $8/ 4oz. Shipping is gonna be tricky... if you just order the Smitty's I'm gonna have to ship at the post office... and I'll wait till I'm going that way or have a few orders.

    If you order with something else, that would be great... I can fit prolly 2 4 oz packages- maybe 3 if I vac-pak 'em- in with a pound of rub or brine.

    But you'll have to go thru PM or email, unless I can figger this damned website BS out, and the shipping STILL will be a problem... grrr.

    Seems a bit hotter this year BTW :{)

    I have about 13 4 Oz packages. I hear there's a bit more tho...

          It's a ground pepper spice my BIL makes from his home grown peppers. There's Hab, Jap, Thai, and I think some African something? I dunno..he won't tell me much about it

          I think this is like the 5 year I have offered it online.

          As a matter of history, this stuff was the final straw for me at SMF... When Jeff told me I can't sell it even for cost, because he viewed that as money not spent on his site.

              I see I am late to the party with my response....

              Rich do you expect him to have another batch in the next few months?? If so I can wait and let some other of the members test drive some..

                          LOL!!! If you challenge your neighbor with this to snort I would have the paramedics on stand by!

                          I purchased some last year, haven't used any yet besides finger tip taste tests. This stuff packs heat, I'm thinking 4 oz. should go along way cause it would take very little to heat up a batch of chili; it does have a good taste to it then the heat comes along a few seconds later. Every spice collection should have some of this in it!
