  • Hickory Wood Fire cooked BBQ Chicken Pizza

    Hi all, weather has been getting FUGLY up here in the pacific NW. Nothing new... That said we aint throwing the cover on the cookers. We are making pizza! I have been lovin cooking pizza on the stick burner. This is my latest and it was delicious. I'm going to do more of these. On this one
    we have the following.. Hope you enjoy and thanks for watching.

    Safeway garlic & herb crust
    1 Pack of fresh Mozzarella
    2 cups shredded Mozzarella
    Ragu sauce (low in sodium) I added fresh Basil leaves
    Mushrooms
    Shallots seasoned in a Korean BBQ sauce
    Sweet Onion
    Green Bell Pepper
    Sun dried tomatoes
    4 cloves fresh chopped garlic
    Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning (no sodium)
    Mrs. Dash Garlic & herb seasoning (no sodium)
    Smoked chicken in a sesame sauce
    Smoked pulled chicken in Longhorn BBQ sauce
    Flour to roll the dough

    Cooked @ 450 degrees with Wicked lump & Hickory wood.

          Well, I didn't time it but I would say about 25 minutes. I gave it a turn about 15 minutes in.
          Smoke it.. and they will come!

            Looks friekin' fabulous! Great video too my friend. Gonna try this pizza stuff this winter. Nice tutorial!
            Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
            My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
