                    Thanks but lighting is the key. Now that the time has changed, the natural light I get from the room I take pics will be hard to come by. By the time I eat the sun will be down. My best pics will come from the weekends. I may build me a light box or some other device for the winter evenings pics.

                      Very nice! I love a good alfredo sauce. Great pics too. I feel ya about the lighting. Something I do when shooting indoor at night is use the natural light bulbs, I think made by Phillips, in a couple of small desk lamps and position accordingly. Works in a pinch, especially for food pics. I also keep a couple of pieces of white cardboard to bounce light off of, even a white sheet works.
