well i did a 2lb chuck today been rubbed down with a chiptole pepper marinade mix ( really good btw ) after resting in the fridge overnight
on the smoker with some friends going about 250 with pecan
gettin spritz with cherry and bourbon every hr
pulled off the smoker at about 185 let it rested for 2hrs
all chopped up..i kinda like better chopped instead of pulled ..just a texture kind of thing for me...
looks good , smells good , and taste good the marinade mix was great i will have to find the brand name and let anybody know if they want to know..
