I wasn't kidding when I said I picked up a couple of 3 lbs. chubs of bologna on sale. So I had to give this a try.
It's not as easy as it looks. Anyone who's spiral cut anything knows it's a task. This is not a loin. Even after letting it warm up, it didn't cooperate. It might have gone better if I had cut it in half. I boogered it up. Didn't give up and put some cream cheese and chives in it, wrapped it with bacon and gave it a shot.
So mine doesn't look as perty as cowgirl's, but it sure beats plain bologna. I'd do it again. Next time I'll try the bandsaw. Lol. Thanks Cowgirl.
