    Hey all,
    I had to do up some cheese to replentish the stock that had been used and figured I got a rump roast and abt's going on the UDS the Kingk kooker looked left out so I threw it in there smoked it for about and 1-1/2 with cherry. I didn't get the dark brown color I was hoping for but it did get yellow .

    You really don't see the coloring on cheese in my experience. But the flavor is there. And..seems best left alone in the fridge for a couple weeks...BTW.

        Man, you been busy smoking everything I have yet to try Cherry on cheese, might have to get after it.... Cheese looks fine to me

            I have never tried smoking cheese...yet! It's on my to do list though!
