View Full Version : putting a few steelhead on the smoker PreacherRodgers 11-16-2011, 02:27 PM I went down to Orofino Id and spent a coupla days on the clearwater river. I caught several very nice steelhead. Wet brined them over night and into the smoker they went about noon. I will be using some cherry on these. Slanted88 11-16-2011, 02:53 PM Man O Man...Padre!
