  • Pepper Heads HELP....Ummmm..... Now What To Do With These Peppers???

    Pulled these from the garden about (aboot in Canada) 2 months ago & they have been hangin in the shop. 1 is Cayenne & the other is a Thai hot chili (or something like that. Now what

    Should I split them & dehydrate

    What are me options

    Cayennes



    Thai Hot Chili?

    Do they feel dry or are they still soft and need to be dehydrated?

      Both Thais and Cayannes should dry on their own... Japs, habs "fleshy" peppers need further attention.

        Ross, they are still soft & squishy. Some are Red/Orange and some are still Green on both plants.... Does this make any difference?

                          I do mine between 180 and 200°. A little hot, but the end result is good.
