        This is elk...no family recipe, just one I like to use. I had posted it a few weeks ago under the heading "mailing jerky", and got some helpful info from the guys. Not sure if the post is still there...if not, I can get it to ya!

                Yes I do!!! This stuff is on its way to Afganistan and Kuwait. Will be making some more in the near future!
