  • Finally got to smoke some cheese

I started with some locally made and one store bought cheese. Flavors: Gouda, pepper jack, white chedder sage and mozzarella...Smoked with cherry this time.

Wife was not excited bout this although she likes cheese when I cut the chunks in 1/2 she was carefully observing and waiting with a hand out, we both had a small sample of each and was delighted with the results...I explained it will be better in a few weeks. This came out a little mellower then I thought it would but that's ok...Probly why the wife liked it.

Thanks for looking and I'm looking forward to doing this again

That looks great Darrell, and I KNOW you'll be doing it again.

My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
