If that's anywhere near ya Scott, you might want to jump on it. Those are worth a small fortune. Looks like it has the fruit seive in it. Which means the plate is too small for sausage, but if it's an Enterprise that can still be puchased.

Its over an hour & up to 2 hours depending on traffic. If it was local I would probably snag it.

I hear ya. It's about a 4 hour drive for me, but I'd jump all over it if I was in the area.

Those were used for more than just stuffing sausage. They were also used for a fruit press for making jellies and wine. 35 bucks is a steal if it's not cracked.
My German grandparents used one exactly like that. It was offered to me about 25 years ago, and I turned it down because "after watching grandma and grandma crank for hours at a time, why in the heck would I want to make sausage?" Aren't I an idiot.

Nope. You should at least email them. If that's the larger one, it's worth the 2 hour drive. Dad paid 75.00 for our large one and that was like 15 years ago. It has the fruit seive and both plates. He has both sizes now.

You like your 5 lber right? Just think what this one could do. My brother uses it for his pear and cherry infused vodkas. The cherry pie and apple pie. And dad uses it for a ton of jellies and syrups. Not to mention it holds about 8 lbs. of meat. Hehe.

                            Convinced ya yet?

If that's the 8 Qt... it holds about 13 pounds plus or minus a pound...
