            I took some sheet metal and pre-rolled it around an oxygen tank. The "rails" or guides are some 1" x 1/8" bar stock with shims behind it so it can slide. Seems to work good so far.

                  Season burn went well. Burned for at least 10hrs. Not sure how much longer as I fell asleep. Good thing it wasn't at the tail end of a cook! Going to try and smoke something on it over the weekend. Depends on what I find at SAM,s later. Still have to find a good local butcher. Any thoughts from Chicago area members???

                    10 hrs. on one load of fuel!? Can't beat that I wouldn't think. That is a sweet looking build, very nicely done. Makes the old ECB seem very EC!

                              Dang, I thought it was a Big Green Egg "slider" vent. I've seen a couple guys do that.
