View Full Version : Casing Question minnbill 12-16-2011, 07:07 PM I'm wondering what the perfect hotdog casing would be:noidea:sheep is to small ,most hog s are to big:noidea: I know the peelable ones are good but ya have to buy to dang many.and last ?can ya twist a decent sized collegen? And yes you can twist them, just don't overstuff. I didn't like them. They're tough to chew and bite through. They also sell a smaller quantity of plastic casings, but you gotta peel them after.
