Well me friends, I've got me Q-groove on. Got an order of pulled pork to fill for the Christmas Holidays, and decided to do up a brisket for tomorrow's supper. Also, there will be a bunch of chicken parts later on for tonite's supper... stay tuned.

The butts were rubbed with love, spanked to perfection. The brisket was rubbed in layers of flavor, which I have posted here before... I'll see if I can find the link. The cooking is being done over Stubbs briquets and hickory chunks, rocking in me Weber/Smoke-EZ combo at 250 degree. Yeah.

I know it pisses some folk off with a progressive thread, butt get over it... this will be one of those. :bounce: :welcome:

Here's the brisket and butts at around two hours in...

Sorry for the non-progressiveness of this thread... I didn't get any more pictures as promised. It got late, and Poppy fell victim to a bug that's floating around here, so I just didn't get back behind the camera. I will try to get some pix of tonite's supper, the brisket.

Gonna go rest now... feelin' like shit.

My 7 year old daughter loves pulled pork. I showed her your great shots. She closed her eyes and said they looked so good she could smell them!
