  • Funky Frito Fruckies

Hey, I didn't name it. But it's really good. Made this for Christmas Eve dinner. Snapped a pic before it was devoured. Looks and sounds strange, but really good.

10 1/2 oz bag of Fritos corn chips
    1 C sugar
    1 C light corn syrup
    1 C creamy peanut butter
1 bag chocolate chips (I used chocolate and peanut butter swirl morsels)

    1: In a greased 9 X 13 pan place the corn chips.
2: In a sauce pan, bring the sugar and corn syrup to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until smooth. Pour this over the chips and smooth level.
3: Spread the chocolate chips/morsels over the hot mixture.
Cover, allowing the chips to melt into the mixture. Cool. Cut and/or break into pieces.
