One of my all time favorite meals is meatloaf. So with my new addiction and thanks to everyone here you knew it was only a matter of time. By the way....SIMPLY DELICIOUS!!!! Mmmmm!!!!!

tunnel 1 layer of ground beef, and add liberal amounts of Nacho cheese mix.
Form the 2nd layer all around, and make sure it's sealed good
Add your preffered rub, and your all set to go.
I basted it every hour with Barks Root Beer. It gave it some really nice flavour.
Almost forgot....THE MEATLOAF SANDWICHES WERE FANTASTIC!!!Comment
