picnic on the smoker

ive got a picnic on the smoker for tomor.... make that later today. im using apple and cherry. i put it on about 11:30pm i will also be adding chicken later and ........ wait for it ......... ATB's oh yah .

3:30 am 4 hours in and here are some pics thee pork is doing fine and i am dying to put on the abt's

5:30 am the pork is between 165-170 soit is now wrapped i went ahead and put the chicken on if i get done earlie i will take a short nap before lunch

the dinner is noon thirty or there abouts i'll get pics next time i open the lid (with in the next hour) the abt's will go on around 9:00am
