  • Butts, Breasts, Fatties, and Bisque

Here are a few pictures of my first cook on the Yoder YS 640.

I used Mad Hunky rub with a little brown sugar added to it on the butts and then mopped with a 50% apple juice and 50% Western Carolina sauce. Turned out great.

Two breakfast fatties one with bacon and one with out. Glazed with maple syrup. Egg, cheese, bacon, onion, red pepper and hash-browns on the inside. the one with bacon was preferred over the one with out.

ABTs did not make the photos but they were great!! Creame cheese and bacon.. nothing tooo fancy with those...

Chicken was brined with Mad Hunky brine and then turned into Chicken Marsala! It was a hit! Made a pot of Lobster bisque as well. If you want the recipe for it let me know.

    Enjoy the pics.

If some one wants to send me directions on how to upload photos please send PM on how to do it...the link is all i could figure out. Sorry.

My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.
