meat haul for x-mas. some ground venison,venison stew meat,venison steaks,& sausage from a distant relative's butcher shop.


the sausage & burgers.burgers are 50/50 venison & 70/30 ratio beef.



i forgot the "on the grill" shots.


w/ homemade chips.



homemade chips are a whole lot easier w/ this than our silly mandolin slicer.
it also grates cheese,does pasta, or grinds meat.

Nice haul Rob. Is that a Salad Master? When I was a kid they used to advertise them on Sundays during wrestling. Mama had one. Makes the best slaw!
