Think I Found a New Vice

Last week I smoked mixed nuts, pecans and hazelnuts. All were awesome so decided to do it again this weekend. Except I decided to try English walnuts this time around.
The walnuts were incredible to say the least, but the pecans are to die for.

Walnuts, coated in butter, honey, and MH, hickory smoked.


Same treatment for the pecans.

Dang it all Tom. That made my inerds tingle. I love smoked pecans. Haven't tried the walnuts yet. Sounds wonderful. I also like the idea of honey and MH together.

Haven't tried smoked nuts yet. Those look outta this world though. Will have to be trying it. Love walnuts and pecans, but man pecans are priceee this year aren't they?!

The look great as usual Tom I have smoked them coated in EVOO & MH, but the butter & honey sounds better..... I like to microwave nuts with butter, MH & Splenda
