        Had a pretty good catch up there this year. I think I still have about 30 quart bags in the freezer Rich.

          I love Lake Erie walleye, and especially yellow perch. Had some fun times when I was a bit younger fishing that lake...

            You can't beat a good fish fry. I have a freezer full of fish I need to start eating.

                    Good looking fish, Merrell. Reminds me that we have a bunch of walleye in the freezer we need to get busy on. Spring is just around the corner.

                      not much walleye in oregon only one place that i know of. is it a white meat also is it dense or light and flaky? i have heard it's some good eats

                          Yep, all white. I would call it light / flaky. It is in the perch family. I have always wanted to smoke one but the wifey threatens me with death.......

                            Nope..not a smokin' fish. Maybe a fry with some smoked butter added? But it's too 'lean" and delicate...and sweet.
