almost soul food.
fried chix(fillet boneless skinless breasts),spicy cheesy grits,green beans,& homemade chix gravy- yeah i was out of fried okra. it's really missing some honey beer corn muffins would have topped it well

the chix gravy is basically milk gravy made w/ the dripping but i heat up the milk w/ some chix base or boullion.

i didn't get a pic in the pan but it was done in the 15" c.i. skillet.
