    chunks that is...
    my do it best order came in yesterday.
    16# of pecan
    8# cherry
    8# apple
    32lbs of chunks for $37.00 & free shipping-ya can't beat it. unless ya get it free.
    i was going to smoke something today but 15 degrees & windy says wait until tomorrow.
    brink vertical charcoal(the carp)
    18" old smokey charcoal grill/smoker
    cast iron Hibachi
    22" Kettle w/ "Smoke-EZ" styled riser extension
    & rotisserator
    12x7 wells cargo vending trailer(mods in progress)
    stuffer,slicer & more carp than i can fit in it...
    Marshall amps & various awesome guitars,drums,P.A.,etc.recording studio.....

      That is an often overlooked source for wood...altho...my last order arrived as pecan CHIPS... 7 BAGS OF THEM... grrr...

                i got 3 kindsa of maple,hickory,apple,cherry,2 oaks,persimmon,beech,alder,walnut(which I don't use for smoking)- but sometimes it's labor productive just to order chunks.


                the only things I can't grow here are pecan & Mesquite

                      pecan starts growing about 50 miles south of here but this year is skimpy & i didn't want to get the truck dirty.
                      w/ my smokers this should last about 6 months.
                      last time I bought a "rick" of wood the termites got into it.
