    Hi from Missouri

    Hi everyone,
    My name Craig and I've been smoking around 10 years or so.I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker, Char-Broil and in the process of making a UBS.
    I recognize alot of members from some of the other smoking forums and I'm glad I joined, and am looking forward to joining in on the different threads.
