Hey Guys,
Took the Big Green Egg for a spin, baking my first pizzas.
I learned that I need to perfect my technique for getting pizzas from the peel onto the pizza stone...so they were less than round in the end.
They however were tasty.
Both had Baby Bellas, and one had some type of Italian Salami we received in a gift basket - the dough was a whole wheat.
The one with salami we made thinner than the one without. Both were delicious, and the Egg performed excellently. Definite do again.
Egg set up:

Still Round:

Thin Crust - Baby Bellas & Salami:

Thick(er) Crust - Just Bellas
