If you are in the US or Canada
Glengarry Cheese - Margarete Morris is a cheese maker and teacher of cheese making. She runs a store and classes out of Lancaster, Ontario Canada but will cross the border into NY once a week to ship to us Americans. She has also self published a book called "The Cheesemaker’s Manual." This is a very g ood book but does lack an index. I have NOT found any errors in her book. She will also sign it for you if you ask her. This is the best place to get molds and supplies. She increases her inventory quite often and will special order things if you ask. I asked her to order me 2, 1.5 KG kadova molds for me from Holland she didn't even hesitate and called me when they came in. A great lady!
