  • Vegetarian Nightmare????

Well here is what I view is a Vegetarian Nightmare. The start of today's cook. Tossed all on the Yoder YS640 at 10:45 this morning. I have two meatloafs, about three dozen Jalapeno Sausage Balls and two slabs of St. Louis Style ribs ....about the only thing keeping this from a Vegetarian Hell is there are some ABTs on the plate there so it in is not a 100% meataterian cook.. Will update as things go along. Have a great Sunday!!

Now that's a good start for a Championship Sunday!
Lang 36 Patio, a few Webers, 2 Eggs, plenty of gadgets and a MES 40 Gen 2.5 electric for bacon and sausage.
My best asset however is the inspiration from the members on this forum.

Here are picks of the meat loaf and Sausage balls.

Here is one of the meat loafs... Dinner this week...

Cooked these on Frogmatts and wow these things are great!! easy on easy off. So sticking on the smoker and no sticking on the Frogmatts!!

Here are a couple of the sausage balls. These also were cooked on the frogmatts!! no sticking!!

        And plated up

I will do a separate thread on the ribs.

        Have fun!!

That all looks great from here!
Wouldn't mind a few of those sausage balls, or a slice of that meatloaf, or a few ribs or ABTs ...

OMG , the plated pic with the sausage balls almost looked 3-D to me. Reached out as if to grab one LOL.

Great job. Would make even the most militant vegan stop and go, Oh yeah, that looks good
