    Happy Smokes from Chicago

    Hello Everyone,

    I was referred to this forum from Gowgirl. Glad to be here. Been smoking for a couple of years now. Not as often as I would like, but have been successful with butts,ribs,fish,fatties and veggies.Would like to start making my own sausage and do some cold smoking. I use a GOSM BB for most of my smokes. Look forward to sharing advice and tips
